On August 19, 2003, the United States Department of State announced
that beginning this year all diversity visa (lottery) registration
forms must be completed electronically (via e-mail). Specifically,
those individuals who wish to register for the DV-2005 lottery
must file electronically at www.dvlottery.state.gov
between Saturday, November 1, 2003 & Tuesday, December 30, 2003.
The site will be accessible only between those dates. Any and
all paper entries/registration will not be accepted.
For further information, please log on to www.dvlottery.state.gov after November 1, 2003.
