ZAMIR
IOSEPOVICI, Esq. graduated
with a BS degree
from the State University of New York at Binghamton and with
a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law. Before
entering private practice, Mr. Iosepovici
worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the State of New
York. He is a member of the Bars of the State of New York and
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of
the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association,
the American Immigration Lawyers' Association and a member of
the Federal Bars of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New
York and of the Eastern District of Michigan.

ROBERT
POPESCU, Esq. graduated
with a BA degree
from Montclair State University cum laude.
Mr. Popescu received his Juris Doctor
degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.He is a member
of the bars of the State of New York, the State of New Jersey
and of the District of Columbia.
Mr.
Popescu also holds membership in the American Bar Association,
the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Bars of the
United States District Courts for the District of NewJersey,
the Eastern District of New York, the Southern District of
New York and the Eastern District of Michigan. He is also
a member of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals (New York,
Connecticut, Vermont), the Third Circuit Court of Appeals
(New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, the Virgin Islands) and
of the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr.
Popescu is an adjunct professor of law at Rutgers University
School of Law, Newark, New Jersey, where he teaches litigation.
Mr.
Popescu is a frequent legal commentator for various Romanian
language media outlets, including BBC, London. He has contributed
legal articles for several publications, including the New
Jersey Law Journal. Mr. Popescu was also named and acted as
President of the New York Electoral Commission for the Romanian
presidential and parliamentary elections.

ABED AWAD, Esq
.
is admitted to the New York and the New Jersey bars. He is
fluent in Arabic and in English. His practice focuses on commercial
litigation, Islamic jurisprudence and international law. In
addition to his Juris Doctor Degree, Mr. Awad holds a Masters
Degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from the University
of London. The University of London also awarded Mr. Awad
a Certificate in Comparative Law. Mr. Awad is counsel to the
City of Paterson, New Jersey, and has written extensively
on various areas of the law in numerous publications, including
the New Jersey Law Journal, The Matrimonial Strategist, the
Journal of the Legal Profession, and The Middle East Executive
Reports. Mr. Awad teaches law at Rugers University School
of Law in Newark, New Jersey and is a frequent commentator
for various mass media outlets. Mr. Awad was selected as one
of only ten 2002 lawyers of the year by Lawyer's Weekly and
is a leader of the Arab-American community in the United States.
Mr. Awad has extensive ties to key political figures here
and abroad. Mr. Abed Awad is a former associate of ours. Although
Mr. Awad currently co-counsels special projects with
this firm, he is not otherwise affiliated with
Popescu, Iosepovici & Associates. Mr. Awad's current
firm is Law Offices of Abed Awad.

DANIEL S. BRAVERMAN, Esq.
For the past decade, Dan Braverman has been counseling and
representing clients in all aspects of the employment relationship.
Mr. Braverman worked for many years at a large national law
firm and a boutique Labor and Employment law practice, with
some of the finest and most respected attorneys in the nation.
Mr. Braverman exclusively practices Labor and Employment law,
zealously representing national and international companies
and individuals through the complex and evolving Labor and
Employment legal landscape. Mr.
Braverman clerked for a respected jurist in the New Jersey
Superior Court, Appellate Division, and frequently lectures
on Labor and Employment law topics. Mr.
Braverman received his law degree, cum laude, from the Seton
Hall University School of Law; and he received his undergraduate
degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Braverman is licensed to practice law in the State of New
York and the State of New Jersey, and has represented clients
throughout the nation. He also is admitted to practice law

Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York; the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey;

DAN
ROMULUS DANDES, Esq. is
a graduate of City University of New York, where he obtained
a B.A. in Political Science. His principal undergraduate studies
were in International Law. Mr. Dandes also holds a second B.A.
degree in Business Administration from the same New York based
University. Dan R. Dandes was awarded his law degree by the
Bucharest University School of Law. His diploma in Administrative
Science was issued by the National Institute of Political and
Administrative Science in Bucharest. Mr. Dandes is a member
of the National Association of Attorneys of Romania and a member
of the Bucharest Bar. His practice focuses on commercial and
international litigation and general representation. Mr. Dandes
is fluent in English, Romanian, Spanish, German and French.

GIAN PIERO RINALDI, Esq.
received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Bologna,
Italy. Mr. Rinaldi also holds a Master degree in comparative
law from George Washington University and a second Master degree
in international affairs (M.A.I.A.) from Johns Hopkins University.
Mr. Rinaldi is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia
and before the bar of Italy. He concentrates in the field of
commercial and international law. His practice includes international
trade litigation, international arbitration, transactional work
as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Rinaldi is fluent in
Italian, English and French.

AUGUSTIN ZABRAUTANU, Esq.
is a graduate of Bucharest University. He holds a degree in juridical science and is a licensed attorney in Romania. His post graduate work included courses in private legal practice and criminology at Bucharest University School of Law. Although Mr. Zabrautanu is a seasoned criminal law litigator, his current practice focuses on complex civil litigation, as well as international transactions and commercial consultancy. He is a member of the National Union of the Romanian Bars and of the Bucharest Bar. Mr. Zabrutanu speaks English and Romanian

CARMEN ZABRAUTANU, Esq.
is a graduate of Bucharest University. She holds a degree in
juridical science and is a licensed attorney in Romania. Ms.
Zabrautanu's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, commercial
consultancy, family, real estate and employment law. Ms. Zabrautanu
is a member of the National Union of the Romanian Bars and of
the Bucharest Bar. She speaks English and Romanian.
